Dejai would enourage customers to use the Helpdesk service rather than contact an engineer directly to ensure you recieve the best quality service and the fastest response time in accordance with Dejai procedures.

Before notifying the Helpdesk, Dejai requests that the customer performs first level fault determination and issue source identification. This involves:

  • Determining if the fault is a hardware, software or user error
  • Identify the failing component, e.g. Monitor or CPU
  • Recording any error messages
  • Attempting to restart the offending system
  • Log call with Dejai Helpdesk

When logging an issue with the Dejai Helpdesk, please provide the following information where possible:

  • Contact name/s
  • Contact phone number/s
  • Equipment, location and address
  • Nature of the problem
  • Any special requirements
